电力液压块式制动器可广泛用于各种起重、皮带运
输、港口装卸、冶金及建筑机械中各种机构的减速和停
车制动。
■YW、YWB系列制动器连接尺寸和制动力矩参数符合
JB/T6406.1-92(中国现行业标准)和DIN15435标准,技
术要求符合JB6406.2－92标准(中国现行行业标准),其
中YW系列配套推动器为YTD系列，符合JB/T6406.3标准
(中国现行行业标准),YWB系列配套推动器为Ed系列(符
合DIN15430标准),主要用于各类新设计的主机配套,是
目前新主机主要采用的理想配套产品。
■YWZ5、YWZE系列制动器连接尺寸和制动力矩参数
符合GB6333-86标准(中国老标准)，技术要求符合
JB6406.2-92标准(中国现行行业标准)，其中YWZ5系列
配套推动器为YTD系列，符合JB/T6406.3标准(中国现
行行业标准);YWZE系列配套推动器为Ed系列(符合
DIN15430标准)。
主要设计特点:
■联锁式退距均等装置，专利技术，在使用过程中可始
终保持两侧瓦块退距均等并且无需调整，可完全避免因
退距不均使一侧制动衬垫浮贴制动轮的现象；并设有瓦
块自动随位装置。
■主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承，传动效率高，寿命
长，在使用过程中无需润滑。
■制动弹簧在方管内布置并在一侧设有标尺，用户可十
分方便地读出制动力矩值，免去测量和计算的麻烦。
■制动衬垫为卡装式整体成型结构，更换十分方便、快
捷，备有半金属(无石棉)硬质和半硬质，软质(含石棉)
等不同材质的制动衬垫供用户选择。
■全部采用本公司新型推动器配套,动作灵敏,寿命长。
附加装置:
●手动释放装置
●释放(开闸)或闭合(闭闸)限位开关，可实现制动器是
否正常释放或闭合的信号显示。
●衬垫磨损极限限位开关，可实现制动衬垫磨损到极限
时的信号显示（注意：应用时须带自动补偿装置）。
●制动衬垫磨损自动补偿装置，可实现衬垫磨损时瓦块
退距和制动力矩的无级自动补偿。
●采用带下降延时阀的推动器驱动，可实现制动器的延
时闭合。
Application instruction:
Electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensively used for
various mechanisms deceleration and stop/braking of various
lift, belt transport, port handling, bbbbllurgical and building
machinery.
■The dimensions and braking torque bbbbbeters of
YW,YWB series brakes comply with JB/T6406.1-92 standard
(current Chinese Trade standard) and German DIN15435
standard; technical specifications comply with JB6406.2-92
standard (current Chinese Trade standard). Among them, YW
series brakes' corollary thrustersare of YTD series in
compliance with JB/T6406.3 standard (current Chinese Trade

■The dimensions and braking torque bbbbbeters of YWZ5,

JB6496.2-92 standard (current Chinese Trade Standard).
Corollary equipment for YWZ5 series is YTD series thrusters
and that for YWZE series is Ed series thrusters (in
compliance with German DIN15430 standard).
Main Design Features:
■Interlocking shoe bbbbbance balancing device (patented
technology) constantly equalize the bbbbbance of brake shoes
on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, thus
complebbby avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake
wheel. The brake is equipped with a shoes auto-aligning
device.
■At main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating
bearings,making high efficiency of transmission, long
perbbbbance life and lubricating unnecessary during the
course of operation.
■Brake spring is arranged inside square tube and surveyor's
rod is placed on one side. It is easy for customers to read
braking torque value and then avoid the troubles of
measuring and computing.
■Brake lining is of card whole piece shaping structure, ease
and quick of replace. Brake lining of various materials such
as half-bbbbl (non-asbestos) hard and half-hard, soft (include
asbestos) substance are available for customer to choose.
■All adopt the company's new types of thrusters as corollary
equipment, work acubbby and have long life.
Additional option:
●Hand release lever.
●Release (open) or close limit-switch, may indicates whether
brake is properly released or closed.
●Lining-wear limit-switch, may indicates when wear of lining
reaches the limit (note: self-compensation device should be
attached simultaneously)
●Wear-self-compensation device,may realize self-compensation
of shoe bbbbbance,and torque when lining wears.
● Adopt thruster with fall delay valve as drive systerm;this
can realize closing delay of brake
